Riffs & Rants from the Road: Episode 12

An unsolicited limerick, for which I apologize in advance

Hi friends!

I was editing when the Biden news broke, and I offer this as a suitably irrelevant bit of frivolous whatnot that will serve as a break from the news, should anyone need such thing. Particular apologies to the Spanish speakers among you—my accent is appalling, for which I am sorry. (Invite me to live in your country, perhaps! I’ll improve very quickly.) And for the citation-mad, the saying referenced at the end is generally credited to Moses of Scetis.

See you back here next week! Paz.

Join me on a solo journey through the United States and beyond. Riffs & Rants roam far and wide while staying short & sweet.* You'll get weekly reports from the road, readings of great travel writing by authors both legendary and obscure, conversations with fellow travelers at truck stops, campgrounds, diners, and dive bars, and stellar interviews with some of today's best artists, writers, and thinkers.
*I cannot commit to "sweet."
